Hi there!

Here is a little description of who I am and what this blog is all about.

I am a researcher in biochemistry at the University of British Columbia. Biochemistry is the chemistry of life. I am interested in things that happen inside our bodies, such as what happens when you drink alcohol, what does it mean to have mutations, and how can we treat dieseases like cancer and heart failure.

Through this blog, I will introduce science that happens in our daily lives, as well as going over Q&A’s, mostly related to life and health sciences. My goal is to intrigue curiosity in readers who do not necessarily have background in science.
